If you would like to book us for a free survey/measure/estimate we do have a small procedure that we follow which helps make the planning process for you and your bathroom or kitchen project go alot more smoothly as we understand it can be quite a stressfull thing to plan.
This will also help you have peace of mind that you will be looked after every step of the way, giving you confidence in having a bathroom or kitchen project done and making it a more enjoyable stress free experience.
Here is our bullet point guide to help you with the process to get a more accurate estimate from us:
● Call or message us with your details to arrange a time and date to visit you at your property.
● Upon survey we will do a detailed drawing of your bathroom or kitchen, listen to your ideas and any problems you maybe experiencing with your current bathroom/kitchen.
We give professional advice for ideas, layouts and designs.
We will help give guidance to work towards your budget for your bathroom/kitchen project.
● We will only fit products from our reputable recommended showrooms list.
●We will recommend the closest bathroom or kitchen showroom to you while doing a survey.
This is to help your bathroom or kitchen project go smoother.
The relationships we have built with these showrooms over the years allows us to understand the service they offer, how they deal with any issues and the quality of the products they sell.
They will help you work to your budget, give you professional advice, deal with any damaged or missing goods in a timely manner and deal with any issues appropriately, making your new bathroom/kitchen experience a smoother one.
This may not be the case if you were to go with a online shop or showroom that we do not have a relationship with.
● Once we have completed a survey for you we will then refer you to one of our recommended showroom outlets.
With your permission, we will pass your bathroom/kitchen drawing and details over to them.
This is to help the showroom guide you when chosing products to guarantee that the products you pick will fit in your bathroom/kitchen space.
● Arrange a visit with our recommended showroom where you will be looked after, given help and professional advice based on your ideas and the drawing we have done for you.
They will also help you work to your budget, design ideas and layout.
● Picking bathroom products you like: (tiles, shower, furniture, toilet, shower panels, bath, shower tray, sink unit, towel rail, taps, flooring, etc).
At this point it can take more than one visit to the recommended showroom to get products chosen as there is alot to see and think about.
You can also call or message us at this stage if you need help or advice in picking products.
This also applies to when going to a kitchen showroom.
● Once products, bathroom plan and design have been chosen and confirmed we will then be able to give you a verbal estimate for labour and materials.
This also applies to when your kichen plan and design has been finalised.
● If you are happy with our verbal estimate and want to book in to go ahead with an install date, we will then type up and email you a very detailed broken down estimate for labour and materials including all our terms and conditions.
● Jobs booked in would require a non refundable materials deposit minimum 4 weeks before work starts to guarantee your slot.

Here is all my achievments I have gained over the years within my career. Even though I went all the way with my Gas, Lpg & Oil qualifications unfortunatley due to the demand I have for bathrooms, kitchens and general plumbing work I no longer do Gas, LPG or Oil. I wanted to show the level of achievments I have in my career and my commitment to my trade otherwise. Aways make sure when getting quotes/estimates that the person/company you employ to do the job is qualified to do so.
My first and main achievment to this current time is that I have run my business for 18 years solely on word of mouth and recommendations from clients and other trades which i am very greatful for and thankful for.
No advertisment until now other than a facebook business portfolio and some signage on my van.
As a business owner I must get with the times, as social media presence has grown and the search for services has changed.

We use only the highest quality materials in our bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects. We believe that using quality materials is essential to achieving a beautiful and long-lasting bathroom or kitchen.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail.
It is the craftmanship and materials used that you do not see behind the finished bathroom or kitchen that makes the difference, not just the overall finish that dictates a good quality install. We take a lot of pride in what gets installed first, this is what we like to call the canvas or first fix stage. This is the foundation of your project. If the foundation is not right then the finish product will not be right.
All our bathroom wet zones are tanked properly (waterproofing) using waterproof tile backer boards and a tanking kit with tanking tape guaranteeing your bathrooms longevity.
What is a Tanked Wet Zone you may ask?
Why is it needed?
why is it so important?
Here are some points to explain it:
●Since 2018 this is british standards regulations BS5385-1 wall & floor tiling.
●This procedure should be getting done on all new bathroom installations as of 2018.
●Plaster board, plywood and any other pourus products should not be getting used in wet zones.
●Unfortunatley there is still a lot of other companies not doing this.
●Quick turn around installs and a cheap price is usually the selling point of the companies not tanking wet zones usually.
●Always remember you get what you pay for and a good install takes time. A job done quickly does not dictate that it is a quality install.
●Tanking wet zones properly comes at the cost of time and materials.
● Silicone sealants do not last for ever and over time degrade, it is not unusual to have to replace silicone every 5 years. Usually one of the most neglected failing points of a bathroom. If the area has not been tanked and a silicone seal fails, you will get water ingress to the walls and floor substraits causing irreversible damage.
●Grout is pourus not waterproof, overtime moisture will get past the grout which again is a bathrooms failing point causing lose tiles and grout over time as the non waterproof pourous substrait behind the tiles weakens and decouples the tiles over time, once the moisture is there it is permenent damage and cannot be undone.
●This is why tanked wet zones are now stated in the british standards and are so important to get done as it guarantees the longevity of your bathroom install for a very long time.
Top tips when getting quotes/estimates
The cheapest priced install is not always the best value install.
Always ask the question to who ever you are getting quotes/estimates from.....What are they going to do for you? what is included in the price? are there any hidden extras?
In some cases the lower price is given just to win the work, the rest could be made up in charging for extras.
Dont just focus on the price they are giving you.
Make sure they are including Tanking your wet zones within their quote/estimate.
